That’s why it’s always our first step to talk to you to understand the details of your project, such as environment, application, purpose, intent and budget. This allows us to guide you to specify the best solution for your project, whether it be from our proprietary range, a partially custom solution or a completely bespoke design.

Costing
Whether products are specified from our standard range, or a bespoke solution is required, our team will provide you with detailed costings. It is a reality of most projects that budget is an important factor, so it is our aim to work with you to identify the best solution that meets the brief of the project but also offers the greatest value for money.
03.
Production
The project is now ready to be released into our manufacturing facility for production runs. Digital CAD files generated from our 3D models are used to create programs on our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our comprehensive facility allows us to manufacture small or large batches promptly and efficiently, to the highest quality standards.
04.
Delivery
As production is completed our dispatch team will contact you to organise delivery. To ensure your products are delivered in perfect condition we take the time and care to make sure the right vehicle type and packing techniques are used.
05.
Support
Our products are designed to last many years in public space environments, so we see each project as a long-term relationship. As well as our standard product warranties, we continue to support our customer indefinitely with technical advice, maintenance procedures, spare parts, and future projects.

Our experienced design engineers will work together with you to bring the concept to life. 3D modelling is used to prove aesthetic of the concept, and detail construction, materials and finishes. Fully detailed shop drawings are created from the models for you to approve.

Prototype
If the design incorporates unique design elements or at the customer’s request, a prototype can be built. This is used to prove any new manufacturing techniques, perform physical tests for strength and durability, and be presented to the customer to approve the aesthetic and functional aspects of the design.
05.
Refine
Based on feedback from the customer and our production team the final design is updated to reflect any changes and documentation is provided to the customer for approval. If necessary further prototyping may be performed.
